D. Browne McMonagle replaced J.M. Sheridan on Kakori, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 2)(intended mount a non runner).

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Matthew J. Smith, trainer of Ella's Gold, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.
325C Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dnThe Raceday Stewards informed L.J.Archdeacon, trainer that Connor Of Mali, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
A. Browne-Souza, rider of Miss Mercier, trained by John M.Burke, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his saddle slipped.
L.F. Roche, rider of My Girl Jersie, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ducked left leaving the stalls.
325D EBF Median Sires (F) Mdn (SmullenSeries)M.W Hassett, rider of Venerated, trained by J.A.Berry, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.
325E1 Racing Club Membership H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend into the home straight involving Roman Dawn, ridden by A. Browne-Souza, unplaced, Smaoineamh Sile (GB), ridden by R.C. Colgan, unplaced, Qvee, ridden by R. Coakley, unplaced and Desert Of The Sea, ridden by Sadhbh Tormey, unplaced, where it appeared Desert Of The Sea had to take a check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A. Browne-Souza stated that he felt pressure from his outside. R.C. Colgan stated that things got tight on his inside. R. Coakley stated that he was losing his position when things became congested. Sadhbh Tormey stated that her mount was hanging left when she felt pressure from the outside and had to take a check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident going into the back straight involving Kitty Bear, ridden by Orla Tynan, placed third, where it appeared Kitty Bear had to take a check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
325E2 Racing Club Membership H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Rock Etoile, ridden by A. Browne-Souza, placed second, and Blackjack Hills, ridden by R.C. Colgan, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. A. Browne-Souza stated that his mount was coming with a run down the rail and received interference from approximately the furlong pole to the line and felt the gap closed when he was half way up into it. He further stated he felt the interference cost him the race. R.C. Colgan stated that he felt he was well clear of Rock Etoile when going to the rail and felt that there was no room for a horse to come up on his inside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Blackjack Hills had caused interference to Rock Etoile, that he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. They were, however, of the opinion that R.C. Colgan, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed A. Browne-Souza, rider of Rock Etoile, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and stated that he had miscalculated. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that A. Browne-Souza was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.
P.A. Harnett, rider of Slaney Swagger, trained by Philip M. Byrne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump on the first bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
A. Browne-Souza, rider of Rock Etoile, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was impeded in the straight when coming with his run and the gap closed.
325F Gowran Park Racing Club (Fillies) M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Therewillbeglory, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
C.T. Keane, rider of Candleford Green, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.
325G Racing Again November 8th H'capC.T. Keane, rider of Day Trader (FR), trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled round well and didn't pick up in the straight.
